Happy New Year! We hope you had a wonderful holiday season and are ready for an exciting and productive 2025. As we embark on another year of learning, growth, and fun, we’d like to share some important updates and reminders to ensure the smooth running of our school.

Annual Stationery Fees

The annual stationery fee of R700 is due by 1 February 2025. This fee is essential for procuring the resources your child will use throughout the year.

  • Please note: Education and classroom participation will be paused for any child whose stationery fee has not been settled by the due date.

Monthly School Fees

Fees MUST be paid on or before the 3rd day of each month. Failure to pay fees we must insist on keeping your child at home until fees are paid in-full.

Pick-Up Policy

Our school closes at 6:00 p.m. sharp. Please ensure you make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

  • Important: Little Wings Daycare is not a service that accommodates late pick-ups.

  • If you anticipate being late, please arrange for a second party to pick up your child and inform us of these arrangements as soon as possible.

  • A late penalty of R50 will be applied for 6:00 p.m. An additional R50 penalty will accrue every 15 minutes thereafter, and this must be paid directly to the teacher on duty.

  • If parents cannot be reached and do not make an effort to contact us, we will be compelled to notify the relevant authorities.

Parent Contact Details Update Form

To ensure our records are up-to-date, we have attached a Parent Contact Details Update Form to this Newsletter. Kindly fill out the form and return it to us. Keeping accurate contact information helps us maintain effective communication.

Events Calendar & Information Packet

We are pleased to share our 2025 Events Calendar along with an Information Packet containing all essential details for the year. You can find these attached to this newsletter and on our website for your convenience.
